We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at our Henry Production Plant.

This is a full-time position with hours between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM

**Key responsibilities for the Meat Cutter position involves the following**:

- Precisely cut, trim and prepare various types of meat to company specifications
- Clean, cut and prepare various types of meat from sides and quarters
- Grind Meat
- Work with knives, grinding machines, bandsaws
- Utilize various weighing tools and mechanisms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work 4 10-hour days (Monday to Thursday) with the possibility of overtime
- High School Degree (minimum)
- Strong knowledge of the food industry
- Minimum of 5 years direct meat cutting/butchering experience
- Strong knife knowledge and skills
- Working knowledge of various cutting and grinding equipment (grinders, bandsaws)
- Adherence to all Canadian Food Safety Standards
- Ability to work independently and with a team with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a cool environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**
- Full time, permanent

**Application**

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
