**Job Description - Bilingual Benefits Clerk**

**Salary Range**:
$36K to $41K per year plus Medical, Dental, and Life benefits, Defined Pension Plan, Legal Services Benefits, Vacation Pay, Bonus opportunity. All benefits are fully employer paid and no personal contribution required.

**Requirements**:
Minimum education required: Completion of High School. Some College/University in Public Administration or Medical/Dental Industries an asset. Previous experience an asset but not required, will train.

**Qualifications**:
Must be bilingual and possess good grammar, spelling and communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Knowledge of Medical/Dental Terminology or Spanish, Portuguese or Italian languages are assets.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; Be enthusiastic, friendly, and show a sense of responsibility; Dynamic, professional, and diplomatic; Flexible and able to work under pressure; Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently, multi-task and work quickly with tight deadlines; Ability to adhere to strict company policies and procedures; Ability to use tact and discretion to maintain information in the strictest of confidence.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
