Production Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output while adhering to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and material flow.
- Utilize MRP systems and SAP for effective resource planning and tracking production metrics.
- Provide training and support to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance, ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied for maintenance and troubleshooting.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and processes.
- Proficient in MRP systems and SAP for effective planning and inventory control.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques for process improvement.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies to maintain product standards.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in equipment assembly and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
