**Job Summary**

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with senior management to support the planning and execution of customer marketing platforms. You will support the creation and delivery of incredible customer-facing content on our social media platforms.

Job Duties and Expectations:

- Manage and coordinate marketing and creatives.
- Assisting management with strategic initiatives and programs to market current promotions.
- Collaborate with advertising agency.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and fixed ops to produce effective strategies for promotions.
- Monitor current campaigns.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Post on all platforms - brand standards.
- Filming and coordinating content with the team.

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partner.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management, as well as managing profiles on social media platforms.
- High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
