**Job Summary**

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with senior management to support the planning and execution of customer marketing platforms. You will support the creation and delivery of incredible customer-facing content on our social media platforms.

Job Duties and Expectations

  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creatives.
  • Assisting management with strategic initiatives and programs to market current promotions.
  • Collaborate with advertising agency.
  • Coordinate with the sales, service, and fixed ops to produce effective strategies for promotions.
  • Monitor current campaigns.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
  • Post on all platforms - brand standards.
  • Filming and coordinating content with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partner.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management, as well as managing profiles on social media platforms.
  • High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
