Responsibilities:
**Customer Relations**:

- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Communicate effectively with owners/tenants
- Actively listen and act upon owners'/tenants' inquiries, concerns and complaints.

**General Administration**:

- Assist the Property Manager in preparation of all necessary paperwork
- Ensure effective and precise electronic filing of all relevant documents.
- Assist in collection and submission of notices
- Respond to owner/tenant inquiries
- Making maintenance requests
- Generate and process work orders

**Payment Administration**:

- Collect, sort and process condo fee payments
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure proper filing of receipts
- Assist owners/tenants in setting up PAPs

**Qualifications**

Education
- University/College
- Able to read and write English fluently and the ability to understand

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-07
