The training process begins in the warehouse, where you will learn about the materials we carry and acquire a basic knowledge of our equipment (mainly saws and shears). Though this is a sales job, you must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and be able to do some moderate lifting / physical work as part of the training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately document all sales activity and customer interactions in the operating system
- Quote a wide range of metal types, and source hard-to-find metals
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Coordinate with other members of the sales team to ensure all inquires are accounted for
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude
