**The role.**

The Inside Sales Representative role is a vital part of our sales team, overseeing a sales pipeline, handling custom printed packaging projects, and growing an existing book of business. This role is responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with existing and new customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to deliver packaging solutions that meet client needs while promoting the company's products and services.

**Responsibilities.**
- Qualify inbound sales opportunities and manage them all the way from the initial point of contact to the closed won or closed lost stage.
- Handle incoming orders for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate details are captured and processed in Business Central. Ensure orders are processed timely and follow up on order statuses.
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to introduce our packaging products and services, identify opportunities, and drive sales.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals for customers based on their requirements. Collaborate with internally teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs.
- Manage custom printed packaging projects, collaborating with our other departments such as graphic design, pre-press, finance, and shipping to ensure a smooth process for the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Ensure customer needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Keep account information up to date when new contacts/information received.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular sales activity reports to management and track sales targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s packaging solutions, including materials, design options, and customization possibilities, to effectively advise clients.

**Requirements.**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in sales, packaging, or the food processing industry is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Computer proficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
