AP supply chain management (SCM) solutions have achieved a leading market position and are used by more than 2,500 customers worldwide. We aim to innovate the SAP SCM product portfolio through Integrated Business Planning and S/4HANA. SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) is a cloud solution that enables companies to react quickly to customer demands and helps them handle changes and shortages in the supply chain by generating short to mid-term inventory and supply plans based on prioritized and categorized demand, such as orders and forecasts. You can learn more about SAP IBP here. The development of SAP IBP is fueled by various customer engagements and the collaboration between several teams in different locations.

**URPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

ontributes to the definition, development, quality and delivery of the SAP IBP product in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the supply chain planning portfolio. Contributes to the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of processes used in own area.

**XPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

A
s a Product Manager for IBP Planning UI, you are a highly motivated, multi-disciplined, and experienced team player with a strong background in user interface design and development for supply chain planning processes. You are passionate about product management with an urge to deliver cutting-edge products in a dynamic result-driven environment. You will work on the entire lifecycle of development projects together with customers, SAP colleagues, and development partners. You will engage with customers and numerous stakeholders to gather feedback, understand customer needs and formulate product requirements to define and manage the product backlog for your development team.

- onduct Product Discovery with customers and track usage metrics to ensure delivery of feasible, desirable, and viable products with superior qualityI
- dentify the biggest planner pain points and provide solutionsD

- rive your team’s planning and execution of the agile development process. Be accountable for your team’s deliveryF
- oster customer co-innovation, act as a voice of the customer internally and ensure higher adoption of your solutionP
