Yet what you may not know is that most of our locations now team up with brokers so they can potentially increase their earnings.

Think about it, will the traditional high-commission system remain the same forever? Or do you believe that with the increasing house prices, the introduction of technology, and a more informed customer that agents will be required to offer greater value in the future?

**Compensation**:
$100,000 at plan commission

**Responsibilities**:

- You will assist sellers by getting them posted to the real estate board's MLS® Systems, to REALTOR.ca, and to a growing network of real estate advertising websites and partner sites through REALTROR.ca's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®).
- You will help sellers establish a strategy surrounding their asking price that will help them get top dollar for their property.
- You will help sellers with offers, negotiations, and all the associated paperwork while providing them with the expert guidance and advice required to complete their sale.
- You will help sellers win back their time by removing the hassle of needing to show their own property. Additionally, you will do showings for private unrepresented buyers - which can be an amazing source for Buyer leads
- You will help buyers with all their buying needs while having them benefit from Commission Rebates.

**Qualifications**:

- ** You need a valid Real Estate License.**:

- You need to join PG Direct Realty Ltd (as an Independent Consultant).
- You need to be self-motivated and driven.
- You need to possess good organizational and time management skills.
- You need a proven record of past sales experience (preferred).
- You need to be tech-enabled and savvy.
- You need excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
