Installation Coordinator

As **Installation Coordinator,** this individual is responsible for spearheading the installation phase of a project or service request. This individual is expected to work in conjunction with our program managers while controlling the cost, quality and scheduling of the installation for our multi-location clients such as Tim Hortons, Starbucks, LCBO etc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
1. Manage service requests and installations for some of the below programs
- LCBO
- LCBO Service Program
- Scotia Bank
- Cannabis brands
- Starbucks
- Tim Hortons
- Other retail and QSR brands

2. Track and manage service and install costs to ensure completion within budget
3. Schedule installation resources as needed
4. Create and administer installation budgets
5. Prepare checklists and installation documentation for all installs or service requests
6. Complete daily reports regarding site progress
7. Ensure installation teams have the proper info to complete the project (ie. Drawings, site contact info)
8. Aid in troubleshooting site issues and problem solving
9. Ensure projects are completed to Archmill standard and any deficiencies are scheduled and completed within the allotted time frame
10. Work along side PM’s to adjust sales orders as needed and ensure installation teams have the required product for execution
11. Create sales orders as needed for service requests
12. Complete Mat req’s for installer invoice payment
13. Manage client care requests
14. Other duties as assigned

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-3 years of experience with project management in construction industry
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong leader - able to rally a team together to work toward a common goal
- Willing to go the above and beyond and is persistent

**EDUCATION**:

- University Degree or College level Diploma in a related field is preferred.
