**SALARY RANGE**:$25 to 32 hourly rate (based on 35 hours a week)

K’ómoks First Nation (KFN) is looking for a motivated and self-directed **Post-Secondary & Advanced Skills Coordinator** to help empower the future of our community through education and training
As KFN progresses toward self-governance under Treaty, we are shaping an education framework that supports lifelong learning and self-sufficiency. If you’re an organized, relationship-focused professional who thrives on making a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.
**What You'll Do**:
- Champion Education and Training for KFN Members
- Support members in pursuing post-secondary education and workforce training.
- Help applicants navigate educational opportunities and financial assistance.
- Coordinate skills training that boosts employment and career growth.
- Partner with institutions and organizations to expand learning options.
- In collaboration with the Education Manager, manage budgets, track success, and promote scholarships and resources.
**What You'll Bring**:
- A degree or diploma in Education, Business Admin, Counselling, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in administration or coordination (equivalent experience considered)
- Knowledge of Indigenous communities and experience working with youth/adults
- Top-notch communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office (and a creative eye for Canva/social media is a plus)
- A valid BC Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
