PART-TIME DESIGN GALLERY ASSISTANT

**Hours required is evenings and Saturday**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in compliance with laws and regulations, attend and complete all required health and safety training, fix/report all accidents and safety hazards observed. Take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Reception duties in the Design Gallery including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, answering customers questions and taking leads for the Installed Sales reps.
- Customer Service - The Design Gallery Lead is a member of the Installed Sales Team assisting in driving sales in the Installed Sales Dept.
- Assigning leads to the appropriate Installed Sales Rep.
- Follow up with customer leads and provide the highest level of customer service at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Attend product knowledge training as it becomes available or needed.
