What You'll Do;
As a Service Shop Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers equipment—whether it’s skis, snowboards, or bicycles—is expertly maintained and ready to perform.

- Assemble, disassemble, and service a variety of bicycles, skis, and snowboards.
- Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure safety, performance, and longevity.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, helping them make informed decisions about maintenance and repairs.
- Deliver a fantastic customer service experience by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
- Complete all required documentation before returning equipment to customers.

What You'll Bring;
- A passion for sports, outdoor activities, and hands-on problem-solving.
- Previous experience in customer service or a service shop environment is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
