**About us**

Should travel be requred to properties in Lanark County there will be mileage compensation.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm but hours can be adjusted to allow individual to do evening and weekend showings at the request of the Property Manager.

The Office Administrator would assist the Property Manager with day to day operations of a busy property management office.

Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, travelling to various properties within Lanark County and other related duties.

**Duties**:

- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls efficiently
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely payments and quality services
- Maintain organized property records and files using QuickBooks and Google Sheets

**Requirements**:
Experience in the following areas is required or preferred:

- Proficiency in phone systems operation
- Strong vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities for maintaining property records
- 1+ years experience with Quick Books Online and Excel
- Office administration skills including clerical duties and filing systems
- Knowledge of payroll processes and human resources functions
