**Overview**:
Nexhome is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services across Canada. We are looking for a proactive and technically knowledgeable **Contractor Relationship Manager** to build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, including electricians and technicians, as well as suppliers in multiple provinces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC subcontractors, including electricians,, and installers, across various provinces.
- Establish and foster strong partnerships with HVAC suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Possess a technical understanding of HVAC systems to effectively communicate with technicians and installers, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem resolution.
- Identify and onboard new subcontractors and suppliers to expand Nexhome’s network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to align relationship-building strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in relationship management, business development, or a similar role within the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical aspects relevant to installers and technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple relationships across different regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
