**About Relationship Therapy Centre**
Join our team of therapists in a welcoming clinic dedicated to promoting holistic wellness. We provide counselling services for perinatal care, individuals, couples, families, children and teens. Our Mississauga office location is in need of an Office Administrator/Receptionist to further contribute to the positive environment we have created for our team members and clients. We are located at the heart of Mississauga, near major highways and close to Square One. Our office space includes free parking and offices with large windows that look out to a peaceful view of trees where you often will find squirrels bouncing around
**To succeed in this role**
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills - written and verbal. You will hold a genuine desire to support others and see the value in counselling services and strengths in clients for accessing such services, as you will be interacting with them regularly.
You will possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. You have the strength of keeping things organized and honouring your commitments.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service (preferably in a medical office at the front desk)
- Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome
**Responsibilities**
- Therapist support: providing our team of therapists with support in client bookings, payments, administrating intake & consent forms etc.
- Maintaining quality assurance: following up on intakes and consents, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the booking software including schedules and treatments offered, reviewing completion of clinical documentation etc.
- Maintaining quality of the office: ensuring the physical space is tidy and well stocked with necessary office supplies.
- Dynamic, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, proactively and well under pressure
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate warmly and professionally with clients where there is a demonstration of patience and compassion
- Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help us grow together
- Tech savvy (we are mostly paper-less and everything is online). This means there is profiency in using programs including but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, Adobe, One Drive, Canva, Dropbox etc.
Knowledge of Janeapp scheduling software is an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
