We’re looking for a **Distribution Services Contractor Services Analyst** to join our team and play a key role in managing contractor-related financial operations. In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of invoices, payments, and charge reconciliations, ensuring alignment with contracts to drive cost avoidance and optimization. You’ll also leverage analytics to uncover insights and support smarter decision-making. **What You’ll Do**:

- Support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and execution in alignment with SLAs and TJX policies.
- Partner with Engineering, DCs, 3PLs, and GS&P to manage deliverables and vendor relationships.
- Reconcile and review contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, drive cost savings, and improve billing processes.
- Monitor contract timelines, recommend renewals or changes, and identify opportunities to optimize spend across the network.
- Develop Scope of Work documents and contribute to strategic sourcing plans based on budget analysis
- Prepare quarterly spend/utilization reports and support cost-saving initiatives and network optimization.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, vendor setup, and issue resolution.

**About You**:

- 2+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally in a corporate setting
- Education in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders
- Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and driving results
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
