Back to Health Wellness Centre at 240 Catherine Street is looking for a Part Time - Full Time front desk receptionist to assist with our busy Chiropractic, Massage, Physio and Osteopath Clinic.
**Job Description**:
Register and book appointments for patients at the Clinic using the Jane App.
Invoice patients for services rendered at the Clinic.
Electronic scanning of patient files in the Jane app.
Keep the area need and organized.
Follow procedures as established.
Participate openly in team meetings.
Perform miscellaneous job assignments as required or assigned.
Ability to maintain and protect patient confidentiality.
Looking for:
Someone that has a Positive Attitude towards team members (colleagues) and clients.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflict with team members.
Responsible, reliable,mature and professional person.
Skills demonstrating the ability to work independently while at the same time work as a valuable member in a team environment.
Ability to to multitask, remain calm.
Computer proficiency.
Starting Salary: To be determined
Hours of Work: Open to discussion based on needs of applicant.
