Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Diagnose and analyze mechanical and technical problems with products, machines and equipment
- Work with customers and internal staff and management to determine any identified problems with the machine
- Ensure that full description of the problem and proposed repairs are clearly recorded on the repair order
- Source and record all repair parts and shop supplies used on the machine
- Record all time spent on the machine repair order, including diagnostics, cleaning/washing, repairs, ordering parts, and cleaning the work bay upon completion.
- Ensure quality and minimize come-backs by keeping a clean, neat workspace and following all manufacturer recommended procedures
- Recommend additional service and repairs on a machine that you are servicing
- Operate and test repaired machine to ensure repairs done properly before releasing it to the customer
- Attend manufacturer training schools/seminar as required to stay abreast of new machines introduced and best practices
- Setup and predeliver new machines according to manufacturer standards
- Notify the service manager if you are unsure of the proper, most-efficient or best method of repairing a machine
- Don’t be afraid to ask for assistance with diagnosis, repairs, lifting or operation
- Ensure a safe work environment for yourself, co-workers and customers
- Keep your tools clean and properly stowed in your toolbox when not in use
- Ensure shop tools are kept in good working condition, cleaned when done the job and returned to proper location on rack
- Help keep the new/used equipment in the showroom and lot clean and neat
- Provide quarterly assessment of performance goals
- Uphold and demonstrate the corporate values and vision
- Other duties, which may be assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: $15.00-$38.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
