**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Perform data entry tasks related to parts ordering and inventory management.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary parts at competitive prices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting internal teams and external clients with parts inquiries.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand planning for parts procurement.
- Maintain knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes to assist in part selection.
- Operate forklifts safely when handling large or heavy parts as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation within a supply chain context.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and demand planning practices.
