**Community Engagement Specialist Job Description**

**Purpose**:

As a **Community Engagement Specialist**, you are the driving force behind Nurse Next Door’s growth, marketing initiatives, and community presence. Your passion for premium client care, marketing, and fostering community relationships aligns with our goal of delivering exceptional home care services.

**Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership in Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute innovative **sales and marketing strategies** to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and implement the **monthly sales and marketing plan** to meet revenue targets.

**Community Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture a **top 40 referral source list**, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Conduct **25 face-to-face meetings weekly** with professional referrals to promote Nurse Next Door’s services.
- Engage with community leaders and professional organizations to establish long-term relationships that generate **word-of-mouth and professional referrals**.

**Client and Caregiver Experience**:

- Monitor **Net Promoter Score (NPS)** feedback from clients and caregivers to ensure a consistent premium experience.

- Detail-oriented with **excellent organizational and time-management skills**.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Driving Revenue**: Achieve monthly revenue growth in line with goals set out in the sales and marketing plan.
- **Intake and Conversion Rates**: Meet or exceed monthly **Caring Consult conversion goals**.
- **Net Promoter Score (NPS)**: Maintain caregiver and client satisfaction scores of **10**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.90 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
