**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs
- Understand RFP requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure compliance with RFP instructions and deadlines
- Maintain a database of past proposals
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
- Liase with Sales and customers to determine RFP requirements
- Craft comprehensive responses to meet the specific requirements outlined in each RFP

**Qualifications**:

- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
