Our integrity as an organization defines our culture and we believe our people are the key to our success.We are seeking a highly organized and resilient Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable leading projects from start to finish. The primary focus will be on managing and producing high-quality proposals, tenders, and bids, while also supporting marketing initiatives when capacity allows. Essential Functions: Lead and manage RFQ and RFP submissions from planning through to final delivery. Coordinate proposal strategy sessions, schedules, content development, and review cycles. Source, compile, and edit technical content into cohesive, compelling narratives. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment. Create and format documents using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools. Support marketing efforts with visual content creation (social media graphics, brochures, etc.). Assist with internal and external communications, including copywriting and layout. Maintain organized records of submissions and marketing materials. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required Qualifications Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role. Exceptional business writing and editing skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with designing print and digital collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (document creation, fillable forms, bookmarks). Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
