District Sales Manager

We are looking for a team oriented, professional Sales Manager to join our great sales team and work with our customers. As a focus DSM, you will supervise and manage the Sales Department and oversee all daily procedures of the department.
**Major Duties**:
- Set individual goals, objectives and accountability of sales team to achieve optimal sales consistent with Branch Strategic Plan.
- Mentor and develop sales personnel.
- Provide ongoing training and development through the sales meetings and field co-travel with sales team.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new territory, technical and sales personnel.
- Forecast Branch sales and evaluate sales activities.
- Ensure effective customer relations.
- Monitor the local marketplace.
- Prepare and implement effective support marketing materials for attainment of Strategic Planning goals.
- Communicate business strategies effectively to sales groups.
- Establish effective and efficient procedures.
- Keep the sales group well-informed and act as a liaison with other functions within the Branch, with vendors, customers and/or external groups.
- Give specific and constructive feedback, coach sales team in the development of their skills
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
**Job qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing, or any other relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience in the field service industry or proven leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Process orientation and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively hire, train, engage, and motivate employees.
- Ability to promote customer-centered culture.
- Consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards.
- Takes accountability and leads with integrity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English is required in order to communicate effectively with our clients.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un directeur ou d’une directrice des ventes professionnel(le) et axé(e) sur le travail d’équipe qui sera en mesure de compléter notre excellente équipe des ventes et de travailler avec nos clients. Le directeur ou la directrice des ventes de district sera responsable de la supervision et de la gestion de l'équipe des ventes et supervisera toutes les opérations quotidiennes du département.
**Fonctions essentielles**:
- Déterminer les buts, les objectifs et les responsabilités de l’équipe des ventes afin de réaliser des ventes optimales, en accord avec le plan stratégique de la succursale.
- Guider les membres de l’équipe des ventes et les aider à se développer.
- Offrir une formation et des occasions de développement continues grâce aux réunions des ventes et aux voyages sur le terrain avec l’équipe des ventes.
- Aider à l’embauche et à la formation de nouveau personnel pour les équipes des représentants de territoire, des techniciens et du service des ventes.
- Effectuer la prévision des ventes pour les succursales et évaluer les activités de vente.
- Assurer l’efficacité des relations avec les clients.
- Surveiller le marché local.
- Préparer et utiliser de la documentation de soutien marketing efficace visant à atteindre les objectifs de planification stratégique.
- Communiquer les stratégies commerciales aux équipes des ventes de manière efficace.
- Établir des procédures efficaces.
- Tenir l’équipe des ventes bien informée et agir à titre de liaison avec les autres équipes au sein de la succursale, ainsi qu’avec les fournisseurs, les clients et/ou les groupes externes.
- Offrir des commentaires précis et constructifs et guider les membres de l’équipe des ventes dans le développement de leurs compétences.
- Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont assignées ou selon les demandes.
**Formation et compétences**:
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou en marketing, ou toute autre expérience pertinente.
- De 3 à 5 cinq ans d’expérience en gestion de services régionaux ou expérience de leadership prouvée, de préférence.
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Orientation vers les processus et compétences en matière de leadership.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication orale.
- Capacité prouvée à embaucher, à former, à retenir et à motiver les employés de manière efficace.
