FULL TIME WINDOW AND DOOR FABRICATORS

Window and Door Fabricators are skilled professionals who work with various materials to produce and assemble a range of windows, doors, and related products for residential and commercial buildings. Sample job tasks include
- Cutting, connecting, preparing, and/or painting window and door components.
- Feeding and unloading processing machines and assisting other machine operators
- Installing operating hardware and glass as required and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Scanning and tracking parts and products that progress through the production cycle.
- Transporting materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Checking products, materials, and packaging to identify any quality defects.
- Previous manufacturing / production /construction / carpentry experience an asset.
- Aptitude for using various hand tools, power tools, and other production machines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
- Basic mathematical skills including the ability to use a measuring tape.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed, using safe lifting techniques.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma / GED preferred.
- Positive health and safety mindset.
- Commitment to consistent, on-time attendance.
