**Job Overview**:
We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team As a sales representative, you will be responsible for going door-to-door in neighbourhoods in and around the Kitchener-Waterloo area to promote and sell our professional window cleaning and power washing services directly to homeowners.

This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive 15% commission on each sale you make upon completion of paid training ($17.20 per hour).

You will be expected to approach potential clients, generate leads, explain the benefits of our services, and close sales on the spot. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, this is the perfect opportunity for you to earn based on your performance.

No formal job experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Door-to-Door Sales**: Approach homeowners to introduce and sell our services.
- **Record Sales**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales, ensuring proper follow-up.
- **Provide Excellent Customer Service**: Ensure a positive, informative experience for potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and stay disciplined to achieve sales goals
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to walk long distances and stay on feet for extended periods of time.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
