We are currently seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in F&B management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant environment. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of F&B professionals, mentoring, coaching, and managing their performance. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cost control, and revenue generation will drive financial excellence.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**include the following but not limited to.

**Operational Management**:
Managing daily operations, including service, inventory, and staff scheduling.

**Menu Development**:
Creating and updating menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.

**Staff Management**:
Hiring, training, and supervising F&B staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.

**Financial Management**:
Managing budgets, controlling food and labour costs, and monitoring revenue to maintain profitability.

**Customer Service**:
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Compliance**:
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

**Vendor Relations**:
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

**Inventory Management**:
Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

**Quality Control**:
Maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, departments and vendors.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to operations, staff, or customer service.
- Understanding of food preparation, service styles, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- A guest-oriented approach and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance within the establishment.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field, combined with practical experience in the industry would be an asset.
- Strong computer/technology skills with experience using POS Systems, inventory/ordering systems and pro excel user is an asset.

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Up to 37.5 hours/week; 5 days a week; on-site

**APPLICATION PROCESS**:
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
