**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Job description**

**WILRIDE TRANSPORT LTD is looking to hire a dedicated and focused Cross-dock Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily warehouse needs of our LTL Cross dock facility in Guelph. To be successful, you should demonstrate a keen understanding of safely unloading and loading trailers according to legislated weights, securement, and load balancing requirements.**

**Responsibilities**:
**-Daily loading and offloading of inbound and outbound trailers (primarily LTL) with a focus on trailer loading efficiency.**

**-Maintain a clean and organized LTL cross-dock facility.**

**-Communicate well with both drivers and our dispatch team regarding discrepancies, as well as opportunities.**

**-Ensure our LTL Cross dock facility is kept clean and that the forklifts are in good working order and report any issues so repairs can be completed.**

**Requirements**:
1. **High School diploma or GED**

2. **Proven experience in a warehouse environment**

3. **Licensed and experienced forklift operator**

**4. AZ Drivers License an asset**

5. **Effective Communication skills**

5. **Punctual and reliable**

7. **Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs and other physical tasks as required.**
