**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and delegate all aspects of warehouse for order preparation and stock put away
- Organize delivery runs and communicate with customers regarding delivery issues
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition and properly maintained. Provide recommendation to other supervisors concerning equipment requirements
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly manner while adhering to Health and Safety regulations and Noble policy
- Review errors made through picking / loading and follow through to resolve all errors
- Engage in self-development practices such as product knowledge, warehouse procedures, and other courses specified by the Branch Manager
- Perform same day deliveries with use of the company provided vehicle (G-class license required)
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Basic plumbing & HVAC product knowledge
- Valid G Class Licence and a clean Driver's Abstract
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Ability to foster a positive working relationship with other teammates
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and initiative within established guidelines
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, strong ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds
