**Your role?**

The administrative assistant role is the backbone of organizational efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. From managing supplies to coordinating logistics and handling clerical tasks, this position is essential for maintaining productivity. You will serve as a vital link with building management, process financial documents, and oversee payroll with precision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct office visitors
- Act as a liaison with the building management
- Assist with the management of office supplies
- Schedule and track courier shipments
- Create reports & compile documentation (audits)
- Provide Clerical and Administrative support to different departments
- Take care of licence renewals for iFinance and Iceberg
- Prepare all Proof of Claims for incoming Bankruptcy documents
- Process payables and receivables
- Print and mail out monthly LOC statements
- Liaison with third-party companies

**What We're Looking For**:

- At 5 years of experience in administration or secretary
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong computer skills: Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Nice to have: French language
