The role of the Office Clerk is a hybrid role between office administration support and overseeing the responsibilities of our front desk. As our front desk person, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, including receiving and sending mail and packages, as well as our primary reception person. As the support administrative person, you will be trained to support our Compliance team. This role will be relied on to provide to ensure that the integrity of the regulatory reports and data are accurate, and the file management is organized, and documents are readily available.

Adastra Labs Inc. (“Adastra Labs”), a subsidiary of Adastra Holdings Ltd. (CSE: XTRX), holds a Health Canada Standard Processing License and sales (extracts, edibles, and topicals) under the _Cannabis Regulations_. Adastra Labs produces refined cannabis extracts, distillates, concentrates, and cannabis formulations, along with white label product manufacturing. Adastra Labs operates under GMP standards and in accordance with Health Canada Good Production Practices (GPP), as defined in the _Cannabis Regulations_.

**Duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to)**
- Greet and sign in visitors, maintain daily visitor log
- Collect and sort mail, and courier packages, as well as manage outgoing mail and packages, to be couriered
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry, combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Accurate Data entry/Update: Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities including but not limited to shipping documents, complaints, packing slip/invoices, manufacturing records, etc.
- Update current documents, and communications as directed
- Scan and store documents into databases
- Conduct inventory checks
- Additional tasks and projects as needed**Qualifications/ Competencies**
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Proficiency using Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Dropbox.
- Clear, concise, and fluent communication skills
- Exceptional customer support
- Detailed oriented and excellent organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time, commitment, and deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt promptly to changing situations

- Knowledge of cannabis, pharmaceutical, manufacturing records are assets
- Able work in afternoon shift.
