**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Assistance**:

- Engage in cold calling activities to identify potential leads and expand the client base.
- Provide post-installation support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by providing assistance in various marketing initiatives.

**Order Process Coordination**:

- Initiate and oversee the process of site surveys, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with the warehouse department to promptly address any inventory delays.
- Follow up on Weekly Release Dates (WRD) to track progress and address any challenges.

**Client and Installer Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and installers to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
- Coordinate installation schedules and update relevant parties on progress.
- Address any delays, service issues, or other concerns that may arise, working towards prompt resolutions.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and oversee collections, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Monitor site readiness, assisting in ensuring all prerequisites are met for successful installations.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).

**Other Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office Suite required

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary.
- Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to world-class quality.
- Ability to embrace deadlines.
- Able to project a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contacts.

**Physical Demands**:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach above the shoulders, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

**Work Environment**:

- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasional travel is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
