**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Build estimates from customer / reps inquiries, including from drawings or from material lists provided.
- Enter customer orders into Quickbooks.
- Make shop drawings for client approval.
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process incoming payments, including checks and electronic transfers, while reconciling discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms, fostering positive relationships.
- Negotiate payment plans when necessary to facilitate timely collections.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other technology tools to track accounts receivable metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries related to billing and account status.
- Assist in the development of strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquent accounts.
- Participate in business development initiatives by providing insights on customer payment behaviors and market trends.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales environments is a plus.
- Strong inside sales experience can be beneficial for effective communication with clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English are essential for success in this role.
- A background in customer service will enhance interactions with clients and contribute to overall satisfaction.

Pay: $38,588.40-$62,500.87 per year
