We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team in Great Vancouver Canada, who shall be self-motivated, independent and teamwork, with strong communication skills, work ethic, and academic/professional background.

**Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

Coordinate external and internal sales and marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions; updating visitor reports, and providing assistance in general administration duties.
- Knowledge of real estate market and your local community;
**Requirements**:

- Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) are essential;
- Fluency in the second language (Cantonese, Mandarin) along with personal flexibility to work various shifts;
