**Principales tâches et activités**:
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du processus relatif au traitement et au suivi des requêtes des usagers en matière de confort et de qualité de l’air
- Effectuer les diverses opérations requises pour les requêtes de service reçues en lien avec son champ d’expertise, notamment:
- Recevoir les requêtes des usagers;
- Effectuer au besoin l’évaluation des besoins ou de la situation;
- Prioriser l’exécution des travaux;
- Rediriger les requêtes aux autres membres de l’équipe de l’entretien spécialisé si requis;
- Établir le matériel requis et procéder au besoin à son achat selon les procédures en vigueur;
- Exécuter les travaux;
- Émettre des recommandations au besoin.
- Effectuer les opérations administratives en lien avec l’accomplissement des travaux via le système de gestion des requêtes du service (ouverture et fermeture de requête, commande de matériel, suivi envers le demandeur).
- Effectuer les tâches techniques, administratives et de gestion en technique des bâtiments
- Maintenir à jour toute l’information nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du système de gestion de la maintenance automatisée en lien avec l’ensemble des systèmes des bâtiments;
- Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour des divers registres et outils informatiques nécessaire à la gestion des bâtiments;
- Extraire les données de divers outils d’information en vue de générer des rapports opérationnels;
- Contribuer à la définition des besoins en vue de réparer, améliorer ou de modifier les aménagements existants et formuler les recommandations nécessaires;
- Orienter et fournir le soutien nécessaire aux autres membres de l’équipe d’entretien spécialisé dans leur champ d’activités respectif;
- Assistance à la planification, l’exécution et surveillance des travaux des firmes externes pour les contrats récurrents et travaux ad hoc;
- Recueillir, classer et tenir à jour les différents plans et devis et les archiver selon le processus établi.
- Participer activement aux différentes étapes des projets d’aménagement, de rénovation et de construction;
- Effectuer les relevés techniques nécessaires à l’élaboration des plans par les firmes professionnelles;
- Participer aux visites de chantier et au relevé des déficiences en fin de projet;
- Peut être appelé à superviser les activités d’aménagement ou de travaux de rénovation, de restauration ou de construction de bâtiments, à certaines étapes du projet;
- Émettre des recommandations au besoin.
Scolarité:
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en mécanique du bâtiment ou un diplôme ou une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue par l'autorité compétente.
- Autres exigences - Maîtriser la langue française et Anglaise à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Connaissance en efficacité énergétique.
- Connaissance de la suite office.
- Connaissance du logiciel CAD.
**Main tasks and activities**:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the process relating to the processing and monitoring of user requests in terms of comfort and air quality
- Perform the various operations required for service requests received in connection with his field of expertise, in particular:
- Receive requests from users;
- Conduct a needs or situation assessment as needed;
- Prioritize the execution of the work;
- Redirect requests to other members of the specialized maintenance team if required;
- Establish the required equipment and purchase it, if necessary, according to the procedures in force;
- Execute the work;
- Issue recommendations as needed.
- Perform administrative operations related to the completion of work via the service's request management system (opening and closing requests, ordering equipment, follow-up with the requester).
- Perform technical, administrative and management tasks in building technology
- Keep up to date all the information necessary for the proper functioning of the automated maintenance management system in connection with all building systems;
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of the various registers and computer tools necessary for the management of the buildings;
- Extract data from various information tools in order to generate operational reports;
- Contribute to the definition of needs with a view to repairing, improving or modifying existing facilities and formulating the necessary recommendations;
- Guide and provide the necessary support to other members of the specialized maintenance team in their respective fields of activity;
- Assistance in the planning, execution and supervision of the work of external firms for recurring contracts and ad hoc work;
- Collect, classify and update the various plans and specifications and archive them according to the established process.
- Actively participate in the various stages of development, renovation and construction projects;
