Carrier Agent

**Role**
- Extract all load information from system and review
- Respond to all carrier inquiries. Research at the bank and in other software systems to understand the issues
- Resolve issues and take immediate action to ensure the same type of issues do not arise again
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assign carriers to proper factoring companies and ensure all carrier information maintained up to date in system
- Assist with other projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be well organized and a self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Possess strong analytical and time management skills
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and French
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Must have strong work ethic
- AS400 and Great Plains is an asset
