Surface Land Administrator
- Open electronic and hard copy files.
- Experience reviewing, obtaining and analyzing legal title documentation including crown, corporate, coal, mineral and conservation.
- Ability to review and reference plans, surveys and drawings.
- Prepare acquisition documents, experience with leasing and/or contracts considered an asset
- Prepare AER Directive 56 line lists and letters.
- Prepare third party line lists, letters and obtain approvals.
- Prepare and issue electronic and hard copy final packages.
- Provide a timely update of project status spreadsheets and other reports.
- Must be able to prepare, review and submit documents with mínimal errors or omissions.
- Must have a minimum of three years of surface land administration experience.
- Able to organize and set priorities, handling multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment, while working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Access.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization and communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
