**Responsibilities**:

- Daily maintenance of surface land records files including renewals, amendments, prepare cheque requests, update vendors, code invoices, caveat registration, reclamation certificates
- Review and audit land acquisition packages received from land service providers
- Analyze surface files and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure all landowner payments are received in a timely manner
- Crown and Freehold Rental Calendars (Crown Renewals/Amendments)
- Work closely with the area coordinators and land agents
- Monitor and address obligations and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Identify third parties and prepare request packages
- Assist with projects, A&D, and other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Land Analyst
- Land Administration Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in AB, BC, and/or SK
- Excellent skills using online provincial and regional land systems
- Expert skills in Microsoft including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for systems and processes
