Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. **Your role**:

- Responsible for updating promotional activities using Omni tool following the cycle of events.
- Approve promotions encoded in accordance with the strategy.
- Do follow-up with the merchandising team if necessary, to receive all offers.
- Encode / remove discounts or promotional prices in the appropriate systems.
- Update the strategic files following the debriefing of the specialist and during the flyer process.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of files for financial analyzes.
- Validate all prices on the “proof” copy at each cycle.
- Ensure the integrity of the information on the flyer proofs regarding codes and types of discounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Specialists and the production team to ensure the accuracy of promotions in accordance with the given strategy.
- Transmission of promotions and encoding to store systems on the validity date.
- Build and coordinate checkout procedures.
- Write correction notices for the stores.
- Prioritize answering questions from stores regarding promotions and the checkout system.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Collegial degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of retail and renovation products.
- Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication and teamwork aptitudes.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Has initiative and a sense of prioritization.
- Methodical, organized and meticulous.
- Easily adapts to changes.
