**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities

Student Consultation & Engagement

Provide personalized consultation to prospective students, offering tailored options and strategies to achieve their academic aspirations.

Communicate effectively with students and partners to maintain strong relationships and expand the company’s network.

Represent the company at events and with educational partners to build and maintain trust.

Administrative Support & Coordination

Manage correspondence with agents, students, and relevant ministries to ensure smooth communication.

Handle payments, issue receipts, and perform timely follow-ups as needed.

Ensure immediate responses to inquiries and maintain accurate documentation for students and partners.

Program Development & Reporting

Assist in developing course handbooks and documentation for new programs.

Prepare detailed activity reports, including short-term plans and semester intake summaries.

Marketing & Outreach

Collaborate on the creation of sales and marketing campaigns (both digital and B2B/B2C).

Work on portals and web-marketing strategies to drive student enrollment. Importantly is willing to do sales and work on weekends if required.

Operational Excellence

Work with global partners, adjusting schedules to accommodate various time zones.

Maintain familiarity with visa and immigration processes to assist students effectively.

Ensure all partner and student-related tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education or admissions industry.

Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred

Proven experience with private career college.

Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures.

A good understanding of financial processes, including handling payments and reconciliations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5R 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
