**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an **Operations Specialist** to join our team. This role can be **flexible schedule**, making it ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and enjoys maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready
- Address service requests and resolve accommodation issues promptly to ensure tenants have the best experience
- Perform basic maintenance and hands-on fixes as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all units
- Communicate clearly with tenants and team members, providing updates on issues or tasks
- Work closely with our CS department,
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support smooth property management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
