We’re Shuswap Ski & Board - Canada’s #1 Watersports Pro Shop And we’re looking for someone awesome to join our **Calgary store** as a **full-time, year-round Surf n’ Ski Associate**.

If you’re into wakeboarding, surfing, skiing, or just love being on the lake, this could be the perfect fit

**What’s the job?**

We’re not just about selling gear; we help people get _the right_ gear so they can make the most of their time on the water. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in great customer service, deep product knowledge, and sharing our love for all things watersports.

This is a full-time role with year-round stability and room to grow in the industry

**You’ll be a great fit if**:

- You love watersports and being around the lake (Please don’t think us rude, if you have never played behind the boat before, this is probably not your gig)
- You’re a good listener who genuinely enjoys helping people
- You’re eager to learn and get better every day
- You’re reliable, friendly, and a team player
- You’ve worked retail or customer service before (bonus points)

**Day-to-day, you’ll**:

- Help customers find gear that fits their needs
- Learn the ins and outs of our products so you can give real advice
- Help with stocking, store merchandising, and a bit of behind-the-scenes retail store stuff
- Be part of a fun, fast-paced team that supports each other
