A Sales Associate would directly report to an Area Sales Manager; the Sales Associate’s primary role is to assist in the sales process from start to finish within a specified community.

**Sales Associate Position Overview & Responsibilities **include but are not limited to:
Our Sales Associates have the opportunity to create a new retail experience and share a passion for environmental & personal health.
- Driving sales to meet or exceed sales goals using product-expertise & perceived-value sales skills while providing exceptional customer service and follow up before & after the sale.
- Ongoing study & review of company information to maintain a strong understanding and to stay up-to-date on product features and descriptions.
- Greet and engage with customers in the store & on the phone to determine their needs and to recommend the right products to solve their problem and enhance their life.
- Participate in creative marketing ventures using social media, local.
- Grow & maintain a client database to facilitate follow up with potential and past customers by creating and submitting a Daily Activity Report using Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Ensure that the product presentation area is clean and organized, and store is stocked.

**REQUIREMENTS for a Retail Sales Associate**
- Available to work a demanding schedule, including 4 week days (11 am to 7 pm) and weekends (11 am to 5 pm)
- General education degree (GED); some college preferred
- **5 years retail sales and high-level customer service experience required**:

- **Experience in Furniture/mattress sales will be an advantage**

**Hourly Pay $15-20/hour + Uncapped commission**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 to 20.00 /hour (Depend on Experience) plus Commission
