We currently have an opportunity for a **Technical Business Analyst**. Working from your home office somewhere in Western Canada, you will be responsible for the implementation of technical business projects and solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and technical (software) teams by translating business requirements into technology-based strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and any other technical platforms within the organization.
- You will configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers
- You will conduct system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize performance of the ERP and other internal platforms
- In collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you will design and implement integrations between multiple internal/external business systems
- By staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies, you will ensure our systems remain current and aligned with best practices
- You will assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of program implementations

**We'd love to see**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business analysis or computer science, combined with a min of 3 years' working experience, preferably in a software development environment
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, etc, and their integrations with other solutions
- A strong understanding of information security protocols and best practices
- The ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables related to multiple project implementations in an agile, rapidly changing environment
- Working knowledge of BI tools used to extract meaningful insights from ERP data
- Basic domain knowledge of one or more common ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of one or more common programming languages; Python/Django preferred
