Business Analyst Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a Business Analyst with valid Prince2 and Prosci certifications, and experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. Services will be performed remotely within Canada. Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Requirements Include: Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification (proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Requirements Include: Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis (proof of the certification to be provided) 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders. 7 years’ experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment. Activities performed in these roles should include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments. 3 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans. 5 years’ experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment. 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
