**Who We're Looking For**:
Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented role? We're seeking a FULL-TIME Production Person to join our team. If the idea of hands-on work, from picking and printing to crafting and packaging, excites you rather than intimidates you, then you might be the perfect fit

**Who You Are**:

- Energetic, intelligent, and methodical
- Possess a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail
- Enthusiastic about creativity and adaptable to various manufacturing tasks
- Able to navigate a fast-paced work environment with ease

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage orders through our CMS management system
- Operate direct-to-Garment printing machines and wide format digital printing machines
- Utilize and maintain automated button making machines
- Pick and package a variety of products, from stickers and buttons to t-shirts and more
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies
- Invoice orders accurately and efficiently

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to perform manual production tasks such as vinyl cutting and packaging
- Proficiency with computers, especially Macs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
