**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services effectively.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Provide technical sales support by answering product-related questions and offering solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for transaction handling.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
