**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a talented **Implementation Consultant** to join our professional services team.

You'll be partnering with a diverse range of professionals across Project Management, Operations and Sales, with a highly experienced team that enjoys a collaborative and supportive culture. You’ll be helping bring the project to life and delighting our customers. Working with our Project Management Office and Implementation Consultants to deliver modern financial solutions to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver valued consultancy services to clients, ensuring objectives are met in accordance with the project management plans
- Provide consultancy as required, providing guidance on both best use of product functionality and good business practices
- Implement and support Unit4 Business World and associated products
- Develop test scripts, communication, and training documentation deliverables
- Help troubleshoot and resolve customer environment problems
- Show commercial awareness in decisions, actions and communications

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Hold at least one Professional Qualification for example an Accounting Designation
- Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business, finance or IT related discipline or equivalent experience with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and their staff.
- Experience in liaising with other software or solution providers to ensure interface requirements are understood and where necessary documented.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Be customer focused, and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- A very high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with customers and colleagues

**Travel Requirements**: This role may require travel to customer sites.

At this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship so you must have full working right in Canada. This position is open to remote or Hybrid work with our office Located in Victoria BC.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
