Your Purpose

As an Implementation Consultant – Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering financial solutions that transform our customers' operations. Your expertise will ensure successful implementations of Unit4 Business World and associated products, driving measurable value for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-value consultancy services, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Advise clients on best practices for product functionality and sound business processes.
  • Implement and support Unit4 Business World and related solutions.
  • Develop test scripts, training materials, and communication deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to support change management initiatives.
  • Travel to customer sites across North America as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Hold at least one Professional Qualification, e.g., an Accounting Designation.
  • Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business, finance, or IT-related discipline, or equivalent experience  2–5 years in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a finance office .
  • Experience liaising directly with clients and their staff, ideally in a consulting role.
  • Experience presenting, implementing, and providing training on financial products, ideally Unit4.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be customer-focused and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • A very high level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support change management initiatives.
  • Business Analysis skills (an asset).
  • Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America and a valid drivers license.
