On behalf of our client here in Vancouver,
** Ignite Technical Resources **is looking for a
**Product Owner **for a
**contract opportunity.**

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder engagement
- Requirements gathering
- Backlog grooming
- Executive presentations
- Enabling an updated project structure
- Collaborating with other product owners across other platform capabilities
- Clearly defining the product functionality
- Managing expectations within stakeholder groups
- Provide timely and relevant communications to multiple stakeholder teams

**Qualifications**:
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline
- Must have 5+ years working in a Health Authority or similar environment
- Must have demonstrated 5+ years as a Product Owner leading and delivering Enterprise products
- Must have demonstrated 5+ years managing IT system/infrastructure implementations
- 5+ years working in a complex integrated clinical systems environment
- Must be a relationship and team builder
- Must be able to communicate clearly with multiple groups of stakeholders with differing needs
- Demonstrated experience facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Must be able to work independently to creatively solve problems
- Demonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with Senior Management team and executives
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills dealing with senior executives and clinicians
- Excellent project management, analytical skillset
- Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills - Scrum Product Owner Certification or Product Manager Certificate an asset
- Change Management Certification an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (or equivalent) is desirable but not required
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office
